Haixing All Welded V-Wire Flat Screens are used for wide range of applications such as sizing, classification and de-watering.These are used for coal & iron ore beneficiations when fitted on the vibratory machine.There are three basic reasons why our stainless steel screen panels are so widely used in mineral processing vibrators :
They're extremely dependable. Effective sizing or classifying requires uniform slots in the screen. Our screen panels are manufactured with a slot tolerance of + 0.05 mm in increments of 0.05 mm to assure dependable process results.
They're very strong.The screen panels in flat deck applications are made with rectangular support bars which enables the panel to span longer distances without intermediate support bars.
They are effective: Welding each surface wire at every junction with support rods creates a rigid structure that transmits vibratory forces more effectively with less energy loss.
